Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer or your school, and the insurance company.<\/p>\n Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. Before any planned procedure, we will provide you with a pre-determination form to submit to your insurance company; this will allow you to know in advance what portion of the fees will be covered.
